‘Change for Good’ Life Coaching is a pioneering health behaviour change programme for individuals in the corporate sector, which supports individuals in making positive changes, therefore developing healthier lifestyles. The programme is structured so that is practical, personalised and client led, using self guide materials that are actively supported through one-to-one telephone coaching sessions by experienced and highly qualified coaches.
