It is designed to offer a complete workplace journey, from introducing the concept of wellbeing through to delivering measurable and sustainable differences for both the organisation and its employees. STEP 1

Commit your workplace by recruiting a steering group consisting of wellbeing champions and a chair person. New Leaf will support you through this process with: consultation meetings; emails; posters and champion training.

STEP 2

To discover your employees current wellbeing and lifestyle status

complete the New Leaf Health Risk Assessment (HRA). New Leaf Support: Account management, wellbeing launch days, consultation meetings and focus groups.

STEP 3

Develop your 12 month programme. New Leaf Support: consultation meetings and programme support.

STEP 4

Deliver your campaigns.
New Leaf Support: New Leaf Online programmes, workplace wellbeing days, health screening, wellbeing campaigns.

STEP 5

Evaluate you campaign.
