Benefits of the Employee Mental Health Course

Empowering your staff to look after their own mental health, as well as supporting their colleagues, can be a huge boost to the morale and productivity of your workforce.

Research shows that stress and poor mental health are some of the biggest causes of sickness absence in the workplace today – employees often won’t give this as a reason, though, for fear of being stigmatised.

Everyone needs mental health support at some point or another – it’s not a case of if your employees will need it, but when.
