Here at New Leaf Health we use medically validated equipment and fully trained practitioners to carry out our one-to-one employee health screening. The key scores that attendees will learn in these tests, compared to our other services, are their cholesterol and blood glucose levels. These are both key indicators of cardiovasculor health, as unmanged levels can contribute to cardiovascular conditions such as type 2 diabetes, heart attacks and strokes.
We have three approaches to health screening – 10, 15 and 20 minute appointments. All fundamentally include blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose testing in a one-to-one setting with one of our practitioners, with a lifestyle review and goal setting. The longer screens offer a more in-depth look at other aspects of health that can affect our cardiovascular systems, such as BMI, and even a full body compositions analysis.
