Do your staff know their numbers?

Help employees find out if they're at risk of cardiovascular disease

What is Know Your Numbers Week?

Know Your Numbers week is taking place from the 5th to the 11th of September 2022, with the aim being to get as many people as possible talking about their key health stats. Primarily, these are:

  • Blood pressure
  • Cholesterol
  • Blood glucose

All of these can contribute to an increase in risk of developing various cardiovascular diseases, which are often symptomless and remain undetected without testing.

How you can help your staff

Health check appointments are becoming increasingly harder for individuals to book via their healthcare provider. As a result, many UK workplaces are offering in-house employee health checks, to ensure that staff are as healthy, happy, and productive as possible.

Health Checks

A full body composition test, to include body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, body water percentage, metabolic age, blood pressure and more.

Health Screens

A small finger-prick blood test to give you your cholesterol and blood glucose scores as indicators of risk for developing cardiovascular disease.

Biometric Roadshows

Combining Health Checks and Health Screens, with the option to include various other topics, such as mental health and cancer awareness.

Prior to our Health Check Point service, we didn't know how we were doing health-wise as a business, especially since we have all experienced living through the pandemic and the changes to lifestyle and work-life which that involved.
