If you’re responsible for your organisation’s health and well-being and are considering undertaking workplace health checks for your staff, now is your chance to experience our unique and exciting approach first-hand.
During a one-to-one session, we’ll show you how our medically validated equipment can be easily integrated to enhance your employee wellbeing programme, promoting key health and wellbeing messaging in an accessible and actionable manner to all staff.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
MHFA won’t teach you to be a therapist, but it will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis – and even potentially stop a crisis from happening.
You’ll learn to recognise warning signs of mental ill health, and develop the skills and confidence to approach and support someone while keeping yourself safe, giving them the power to access the help they need.
Learning for this course takes place online via the MHFA England Online Learning Hub. There are a total of four live training sessions, spread over two days, with self-led learning activities in between. Delegate numbers are limited to 16 per course so that our instructor can ensure that everyone is safe and supported whilst learning.
– A physical MHFA workbook, posted to an address of your choosing.
– An MHFA Reference Manual, as well as a quick- reference card for the MHFA Action Plan – again, posted directly to your address.
– A certificate of attendance to say you are a Mental Health First Aider (for everyone who completes the course in full).
By training with New Leaf Health, you will be invited to our exclusive free MHFA support group, which is not part of the standard offering of other MHFA providers.
As part of this group, you will be invited to a free bi-monthly webinar, where we share further knowledge and skills to help you in your role, and cover specific topics around mental health as requested by group members.
The cost of this course is £250.00 + VAT per delegate, which includes:
– Two-day online course led by experienced mental health practitioners who are qualified as MHFA Instructors.
– All course materials delivered to your address.
– Certificate of attendance to say you are a Mental Health First Aider.
– Onboarding session with our Operations Team, ensuring you can access the sessions without issue.
– Free access to our exclusive MHFA support group, including free bi-monthly webinars.

At Camellia, we have a focus on mental health and wanted to ensure that our employees were supported and we had qualified Mental Health First Aiders available at all sites, to ensure that employees are looked after and know how to seek additional support. We were really pleased with the course we ran with New Leaf, which I personally attended. Great organisation, personal support, great trainers and both courses ran without a hitch. Thank you to the whole team.
