What is the Health Check Point?

The New Leaf Health Check Point consists of medically validated blood pressure and body composition testing delivered at your workplace. It is designed to help you understand some key stats about your health, and what you can do to improve them.

In the appointment, our highly experienced, fully qualified practitioner will assess:

  • Blood pressure.
  • Body fat percentage.
  • Visceral fat rating.
  • Muscle mass.
  • Total body water percentage.
  • Weight and BMI.
  • Basal metabolic rate.
  • Metabolic age.

Our practitioner will provide key lifestyle advice to help you improve your scores, with GP referrals for those whose scores present a high risk.

As part of your event, you’ll also receive the following support to help maximise engagement and attendance:

  • Marketing collateral to promote the event.
  • Online booking system.
  • Full logistical support.
  • Anonymised management report – an overview of your workplace’s results to help inform wellbeing strategy.
