This workshop covers a variety of men’s health topics. The goal is to give attendees the tools and knowledge to make positive lifestyle changes. Learning outcomes:

  • Mental health awareness, including stress support.
  • The effects of smoking and alcohol on the body.
  • Heart health, including risks and prevention.
  • Cancer symptoms, risks, self-examination techniques, and screening services available.
